Happy Christmas to all our readers, fans and followers. We extend warm greetings of the season to 3rd Rock Fans everywhere.
The comedy of Third Rock from the Sun (aka 3rd Rock) stems mainly from the fact that the Solomon's behave as if they are experiencing everything for the first time - which of course they are. Jolly Old St. Dick is from Season 2 and charts the trials and tribulations in the Solomon household as they struggle to get to grips with that altogether unnerving human ritual that is Christmas - made no less unnerving by virtue of the the fact that it invariably involves hanging out with your family. It's all just so 'Earth' isn't it?

When we started this fan site all of - what is it now, three years ago? - we had no idea where we were going with it; and we still don't.
